Just in case you haven’t been keeping up with the state of the workplace
According to a recent employee survey, more than one third of the employees who responded indicated their compensation had been reduced or they haven’t had a raise in the last year.
11% indicated their work had increased as a result of layoffs.
After all this time, I’d like to think business leaders have learned to run businesses for a greater win-win. But in reality it appears we’re still resorting to solutions that negatively impact the workforce in the most significant ways. So much for that valuable asset thing.
